Li Dacheng is the Executive Dean of the Yu Jigao Institute of Chinese Gongbi Painting at Shenzhen University. He graduated from Nanjing University with a Master’s degree under the mentorship of the renowned painter Yu Jigao. He currently serves as Deputy Dean and Researcher at the Yu Jigao Institute of Chinese Gongbi Painting at Shenzhen University. He is a member of the China Artists Association, a council member of the Chinese Painting Institute of Guangdong Province, Vice President of the Shenzhen Gongbi Painting Society, and a painter at the Shanghai China Art Academy. He has received the Bronze Award at the 3rd National Gongbi Painting Exhibition and the Gold Award at the 4th, as well as more than ten Gold, Grand, and First Prizes at national, military, provincial, and municipal exhibitions. His works have been selected for the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th National Art Exhibitions jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the China Artists Association. He has published 12 personal albums, held 12 solo exhibitions, organized and curated multiple large-scale art exhibitions and academic symposiums, and edited two large, exquisite painting collections.
