The Jao Tsung-I Institute of Culture Studies at Shenzhen University was established in December 2016 as a relatively independent research entity. Named in honor of the renowned master of Chinese studies, Professor Jao Tsung-I, the Institute is an interdisciplinary academic institution that integrates culture, philosophy, history, literature, arts, and regional studies. Its mission is to align with global academic trends and meet national development needs.
